About me
Roger Coakley started a full-time search, in 2Q23, to acquire a b2b, distribution, or manufacturing business – between $400K-$2M in EBITDA – which resulted in three competitive offers on CO-based businesses in 2023.
Cold Calling is in my DNA.
My goal is to acquire a cash flowing business by cold calling select, successful businesses. Throughout my career building relationships from the unsolicited, cold approach is something that excites me. The mantra "Do what you say and say what you do,” resonates with me. I strive to work with professionals who value success, ethics + keeping their word.

Buyer conducts quality of earnings (QoE) study – similar to an audit, to confirm the financials match performance
Due diligence contingency removed
Bank completes underwriting, financing contingency removed
Deal closes, funds wired, pina coladas on the beach for you!
